Providing electrical maintenance & repair services 24/7 is challenging at the best of times but during the 2020 pandemic, it’s been to a new level. We have the ability to attend at short notice, diagnose the problem and have the required materials to effect a repair. It’s great to have our 5-star electrical services acknowledged independently.
5-star electrical services award
So, we were super excited to have received a 5-star electrical services award for our performance from #@Plentific team for our work in 2020. This has been even harder to achieve due to the Pandemic placing even more stringent risk assessments in order to work safely. This is the result of our health and safety manager Ian ensuring we have Covid risk assessments for our electricians to use ensuring they work safely. The management team ensure that they have the correct and adequate supplies of PPE and materials and our electricians for following the guidance. Finally, all the hard-working support team ensure that the jobs run smoothly with tenant appointments and coordinating the electricians daily work schedules.

We look forward to working with Plentific in 2021 to increase our work level and areas of coverage in Essex & London. Our aim will be to have a second 5-star award in 2021 as we will continue to deliver very high standards of reactive maintenance.
