Project Skills Solutions are working closely with Altnets and Ist tier contractors on their contracts to meet the government’s commitment to providing broadband across the UK. Our fibre cabling experience and our ability to train our cabling engineers through our training division make us a reliable partner.
Fibre Optic Cabling Contractor Essex
First, our fibre engineers have to prove routes through the existing BT Openreach duct network. This is the greatest challenge due to their age, general condition and lack of spare capacity to take new cabling. The TRR crews will rod and rope the cable duct routes manually and use specialist machinery to push cobras through. Draw ropes can then be pulled through which the crew will then use to pull in the cable or fibre multitube subduct.
PON (Passive Optical Network) installation requires microduct or pre-manufactured cable to be installed by our engineers.
