Our client is a Global Leader in Microsoft Recruitment established in 2006 in Newcastle UK, Nigel Frank International has rapidly grown into the global leader in Microsoft recruitment having taken over an additional floor they required a new access control system to be installed. The system required was a Paxton Net2 which we are approved installers allowing this to be remotely monitored and integrated into the other systems within the building occupied by the client.
Paxton Net2 Door Access system installation
Firstly an existing system had to be decommissioned and removed and the new system was required to control 3 doors within the floor. We installed 2x KP50s (Keypad & reader) at each door, entry and exit and new cabling to the 3 doors in Beldon 9540 cable which will be terminated in each controller. We also provided the provision for the existing fire alarm interface directly into the new Paxton units. A remote entry /exit button was installed at the reception position to allow the main entry door to be controlled for visitors.
The system was able to reuse the existing door maglocks. The system was then programmed and ISO cards/tokens programmed to the supplied permissions supplied by the client.
