Belfairs Academy (formerly Belfairs High School) is a non-selective secondary school with academy status in Leigh-on-Sea, Essex, England.

Air Conditioning Maintenance
PSS Installations were selected in 2014 to provide a range of Air Conditioning and Air handling unit maintenance services on a planned and reactive contract. Belfairs Academy’s aim is to keep their property and systems working to peak performance ensuring their students and staff work in a pleasant environment throughout the year.
Essex Air Conditioning
Our services provide the Academy with planned maintenance services at regular intervals throughout the year programmed during holiday periods to reduce any disruption to occupants. During servicing all systems are thoroughly cleaned and all filters replaced systems are testing thoroughly for correct performance and any potential failures rectified before they fail. Regular maintenance and servicing are proven to dramatically reduce expensive failures and call outs.
