Scope of Works

Our team is responsible for a wide range of electrical services, including EICRs, fire safety upgrades, kitchen and bathroom electrical installations, and other critical void works, all completed within a strict 5-day turnaround.

1. Void Property Electrical Works

We manage all electrical works in void properties, ensuring each meets client specifications and is ready for reoccupation. We focus on delivering the project within the agreed 5-day completion timeframe, ensuring quick, safe transitions for new tenants.

2. Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) and C1/C2 Repairs

Our team conducts thorough Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) on each property, identifying any C1 (immediate danger) or C2 (potential danger) issues. C1 faults, such as exposed live wiring, pose immediate risks, while C2 faults can lead to future hazards if left unattended. We ensure that all C1 and C2 issues are immediately rectified during our visit, guaranteeing full compliance with UK safety regulations and the safe handover of properties.

3. Fire Safety Alarm Installation

To ensure compliance with fire safety standards, we install heat alarms and smoke alarms in all properties, following the client’s specific requirements. These installations are critical for protecting residents and ensuring adherence to current fire safety regulations in social housing.

4. Extractor Fan Installation

As part of ongoing property upgrades, we install extractor fans in both kitchens and bathrooms. These installations are designed to improve ventilation, reduce dampness, and prevent long-term damage to the properties.

5. Kitchen Electrical Upgrades

Our team handles complete kitchen electrical upgrades, including both first fix (wiring and behind-the-scenes electrical work) and second fix (installing outlets, lights, and other visible fixtures). These upgrades ensure the kitchen is fully functional and compliant with modern standards.

6. Bathroom Electrical Upgrades

We also carry out bathroom electrical upgrades, including the installation of new lighting, ventilation, and other necessary electrical systems to ensure safety and functionality.

7. Consumer Control Unit (CCU) Upgrades
