We are recruiting for skilled electricians to support our long‑running social housing and domestic maintenance contracts. These are ongoing roles with immediate starts available.

Key Responsibilities

• EICR testing & certification (electronic reports via PDA)
• Day‑to‑day domestic electrical repairs & upgrades
• Consumer unit replacements & rewires
• Voids works, fit‑outs, refurbishments
• Installation of smoke and CO alarms
• Communal and domestic LED lighting upgrades
• Occasional commercial & data cabling work

Electrician Job Packages

PAYE Electrician Package

• £33,500 – £38,000 (negotiable DOE)
• Company van, fuel card, PDA, uniform & tools
• Bonus scheme

Self‑Employed Electrician Package (Van Supplied)

Electrician Job Requirements

Essential

• Experience in domestic or social housing electrical work
• Strong background in EICR testing & inspection
• 18th Edition
• Level 3 Electrical Installation & AM2
• Full UK Driving Licence
• ECS Card

Preferred

• Testing qualifications: 2391 / 2392 / 2394 / 2395
• Experience with electronic reporting software
• Previous social housing experience
