This position is offered as Permanent PAYE or Self Employed Electricians with the same terms. (Van Supplied).
About the Job.
We are based in Essex and have long-running Social Housing contracts in Lambeth, Essex, Hertfordshire, and Waltham Forrest that we require additional electricians to work on. You will be fully supported by our contract team to ensure your day-to-day work runs smoothly.
This involves EICR Testing and all manner of electrical repairs, and electrical upgrades work to our client’s sites and properties. For example but not limited to:-
- EICR testing and Certification of electrical works on PDA.
- Day to Day electrical repair, Fuse Board replacement & maintenance work to properties.
- Electrical Upgrades Voids, rewiring, fit-outs
- Replacing Smoke and CO alarms
- Upgrading of communal area lighting to new LED fittings.
- Electrical Upgrades Voids, rewiring, fit-outs
This is permanent work for PAYE or Self employed

The Electrician Job Package:- PAYE
· PAYE £33,500 to £36,000 (Neg) on experience Van, Fuel card, PDA, Training
· Bonus Scheme

· 20 days Holiday (plus 8 B/H)
· A fully equipped van, fuel card, parking – congestion – dart charges
· PDA system
·Training program through our training division for qualifications and skills. Got the experience but lack some of the qualifications long-term we will put you through them.
· Uniforms are all included for the duration of the job.
The Electrician Job Package:- Self Employed – Van Supplied
· £130 to £150 per day (Neg) on experience
· A fully equipped van, fuel card, parking – congestion – dart charges
· PDA system
· Uniforms are all included for the duration of the job.
We also have commercial electrical and data cabling works that you may be involved in from time to time.
Requirements: –
Ideally, you will have worked on social housing or similar domestic property maintenance contracts. Experience in testing is essential as you will be carrying out Electrical Installation Condition Reporting EICR as well as testing new installations.
· 18th Edition qualified
· Level 3/ AM2
· Full Driving License
· ECS card
Preferred:-
· 2391 or 2392 or 2394 or 2395 testing qualifications
· Experience in electrical testing
· Experience with reporting software
